First computer existed in 1946which name was ENIAC [electronic numerical integrator and calculator]. It was invented by J.P Eckert and J.W. Mauchly at the University of Pennsylvania of U.S.A. It was based on decimal System.It did not have any memory system. It contains 1800 Vaccume tubes, 70000 Resisters, 10000 Capacitors, 150 KW of power, 27 tons weight and required water cooling.
